Judge Anna von Reitz
The “United States Government” is attending to its own affairs, not yours.
It is acting upon presumptions that people have allowed to stand—- specifically, millions upon millions have been hoodwinked into declaring themselves “United States Citizens” or “citizens of the United States” without knowing what that means, just like we have stupidly signed—-under penalty of perjury—paperwork declaring that we are “Withholding Agents”.
Instead of going on a self-righteous rampage over our own stupidity, we need and I do mean NEED to educate ourselves about this circumstance and pull in our horns and correct our political status to reflect the fact that we are not “one of their citizens”. And then attend to setting up our lawful government to operate the land jurisdiction and operate our parallel government as long as it takes before the corporation collapses on its own.
Everyone has to understand that those people occupying those corporate offices have nothing to do with us or the government we are supposed to be providing ourselves. They are foreign governmental services providers here to deliver nineteen enumerated services. Period.
Our relationship to them is that of a customer. Not a ruler. Not a boss. And while we may complain about the “service” and the identity theft and fraud practiced against us, what we need to do is correct our political status records and start doing our own wash.
We have the right to assemble and to set up our county and state governments on the land. We have the right to enforce the Public Law. We have the right to protect our own people— those who realize that they are not “United States Citizens”— and get them out of federal jails.
We do NOT have the right to break the peace or go around accusing people of “treason” who are in fact running their own parallel foreign government according to the constitutional agreements our Forefathers allowed.
You have got to rein in these ignoramus types and educate them BEFORE you go out there accusing employees of the federated counties and states of any wrong-doing whatsoever. The Constitution allows them to do what they are doing. The fact that our government has been usurped is our own sorry-assed fault and the remedy to that dilemma does not involve attacking the US. It involves building up America.
