LaVoy Memorial site Feds say is off Limits.

USDA Forest Service, the Sheriff’s Office, and the BLM all had a meeting without informing the public. They all got together and decided without asking the people’s opinion on it, they decided to make that area of LaVoy’s Memorial off limit to the public. Period. Anybody who goes up there will either be harassed, will get a $5000 dollar fine, or possibly imprisoned. According to the locals.
